OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC

This version includes the updated language for the chunk attribute, which
Michael sent to the TC list. It also removes the revision bars. Otherwise
it is the same as the previous draft posted Sunday.

It's also still dated Feb 8th, but I assume that's an
oversight, and it should be dated the 13th.  (With all
these versions lately, we need to be sure they are dated
correctly so that we can keep track.)
