  • 1.  Motion to request creation of an open GitHub repository for hosting an OHDF awareness and adoption website

    Posted 01-10-2024 20:58
Dear TC members, I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and either no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2024-01-10 21:00:00 UTC to automatically carry or be seconded and approved during the next TC meeting, whichever occurs first. Note: For seconding this motion it is sufficient to reply to this message on the TC list and add the word second or seconded . The TC officers usually state the result per mail to this list when the period has passed. Start of motion --------------> I, Stefan Hagen, hereby move that the TC requests from OASIS administration the creation of an open GitHub repository https://github.com/oasis-open/ohdf-documentation for hosting an OHDF awareness and adoption website. I further move, that the initial maintainers shall be the co-chairs of the OHDF TC, as well as the secretary Stefan Hagen. <---------------- End of motion  PS: We can always add or change maintainers later easily per email to the TC administration. PPS: Existing examples of such repositories/websites from other OASIS TCs: - CSAF: https://github.com/oasis-open/csaf-documentation   - website: https://oasis-open.github.io/csaf-documentation/     (and csaf.io redirects there) - CTI (STIX/TAXI): https://github.com/oasis-open/cti-documentation/   - website: https://oasis-open.github.io/cti-documentation/ - OData: https://github.com/oasis-open/odata-rapid   - website: http://rapid.rocks     (and https://oasis-open.github.io/odata-rapid/ redirects there) I chose to use ohdf-documentation as to not have users confuse the documentation repo with the TC work repo. Cheers, Stefan. --- Stefan Hagen, Emmetten, Nidwalden, Switzerland. read: https://stefan-hagen.website write: stefan@hagen.link
