The expenses for the workshop to date are:
Elysa Jones Travel: $1374.90 (pd)
Norm Paulsen Travel: $1500.00 (est.)
Mark and Thomas Travel: $860.00 (est.) May also need one night in London
Accommodations for EJ, NP, MW, TW: AB&B: $2011.67 (pd)
Estimated total: CAP workshop $5,746.57 (budgeted currently: $8,500 plus additional $2,000 promotional and $2,000 for IAEM)
These are the expenses I'm aware of. I look forward to learning the expenses for IAEM Booth and support for Jacob if needed so we can determine how much money we have to spend on additional promotional materials for both events.
Our next meeting is scheduled for 9/19 but we may need to have one sooner to work out these expenses and get promotional material moving. Otherwise, let's do so via listsrv.
