    Dear TC Admins,
    we have been made aware of a broken link:
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/3408/oasis-sstc-saml-schema-protocol-1.1.xsd should redirect to https://groups.oasis-open.org/higherlogic/ws/public/download/3408/oasis-sstc-saml-schema-assertion-1.1.xsd. However, it redirects to the overview page https://groups.oasis-open.org/higherlogic/ws/public/document?document_id=3408 which breaks automatic schema resolution.

    Can you please add the missing link?
