Cancelling Thursday's TOSCA TC meeting

    As you may have noticed from the recent github activity, we're still actively working on the TOSCA v2.0 specification and we're not quite ready to vote on the most recent draft. As a result, I'll cancel the Thursday Aug. 22 TOSCA TC meeting and we'll plan on voting on the document during our September meeting instead.
