    Dear mewmbers,

    I presented 6 change-sets as so called GitHub pulll requests on June, 19.

    All change-sets have a maintenance-only level scope.
    The overall goal is to simplify collaboration on a technical level

    The titles are as follows:

    - Made charter link publicly accessible (#12)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/12

    - Added and documented a meeting minutes place (#5)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/5

    - Added a minimal dot-gitignore to shield the repository (#4)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/4

    - Added dot-gitattributes to avoid platform issues (#3)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/3

    - Added dot-editorconfig to harmonize styles (#2)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/2

    - Added contributions area editorial (#1)
    at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/satis/pull/1

    I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded
    and no objection received per this list before one week has passed
    on 2025-07-31 16:45 UTC to automatically carry. A TC Officer may
    state the result per email to this list when the period has passed.
