finally for this reporting period, I updated the
Data Provenance Metadata work product.
The changes including a short summary of edits
classified per content, editorial, and tool changes

As the "change log" indicates, I mostly
backported some decisions we made in the
TC during meetings and on the mailing list
to not fall to far behind with the document.
Please expect essential content changes from
the editors (David and Stefan) for the meetings
end of September and later.
This small mechanical change set closes
my series of three contributions for meeting
2025-09-09.
