    I am rolling back the minor changes published earlier with the arrival of a significant number of additional comments. This document now shows all comments from PR03 and no changes yet.

    Sometimes the comments agree on a single point, sometimes they disagree, sometimes they create a tension that illustrates an area upstream in the document with an inadequate explanation--so I am sharing them raw and in the document

    I will recreate the relatively minor edits that are obvious or simple in WD24
