    TC Members,

     

    The ballot for the new work product has closed. The platform recorded 4 yes votes (against 8 eligible voters); in addition Toby Considine indicated he was in favor of the proposal but that technical issues with the new platform were preventing him from voting (see attached). So with 5 yes votes this motion passes. The Secretary will submit JIRA tickets for a starter document and version control instance (GitHub repo).

     

    There will be a discussion of the appropriate name for this document at the May TC meeting on the 15th.
