    The recent ballot to clarify the TC charger has closed and passed. The TC Admin will being the process of updating the charter in your workspace.

    Description

    The XLIFF TC has proposed a clarification to the charter.

    To review the proposed changes, please see the document attached to this ballot.

    In order to be approved, Section 1.8 of the TC process requires a special majority vote.

    The TC roster currently lists 4 voting members. In order to pass, at least 3 members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 member may vote No.
