The system is still not sending out updates when a calendar event
is modified, so I am forwarding this one. I added the following link to
the calendar to point to tomorrow's agenda.

tomorrow's meeting, but it failed to indicate that the time was in UTC.
The time for tomorrow's meeting is the same as usual, 8am US Pacific
time which is 15:00 UTC. The system sent out reminders that only said
15:00 and left out the UTC time zone.
