    Hi folks,

    I have updated the spending plan based on the forecast for 2024 membership renewals.
    The estimated dues allocation is $14,543. This is based on a 78% renewal rate.
    The actual amount may vary based on actual activity.

    I know that many people have a hard time understanding the deferred revenue calculations,
    the best way I see going forward (to make it easier on everyone) is to allocate the dues
    when the membership renews with no complicated calculations. The allocation will work out
    to be the same, just without straddling all the various months in which members renew.

    Please review and let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
