    I created Issue 3 to create a subdirectory for meeting minutes and I then did a fork (personally I'm in favor of the 'fork & pull' method). On that fork I created the subdirectory and then created pull request PR4 

    I, Duncan Sparrell, move that pull request PR4 be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 12-June-2024 6PM Eastern) , that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.

    Note that once the PR is merged, I will create another PR with the minutes from the initial meeting (which you all already have via email).
