  • 1.  Inconsistent JIRA behavior and a needed login

    Kelly,

    We have encountered some further issues with JIRA:

    1) Svante Schubert can't login with his old credentials.

    2) JIRA isn't sending notices consistently, i.e., it sent me one, out of
    about four, no one else got notification emails.

    Hi Patrick:

    For Svante, let me check with our IT Consultant who restored access to see what the best way to resolve this would be. I have password reset instructions, but I am not sure if they will work if Svante can't log in at all.

    I will look into the settings of Jira. As far as I know, we did not change anything in that regard when we restored access.
