    Hi Gershon, 

    The following has been approved by Samvera for payment:

    Samvera A/P 8/13$3,499.53

    Samvera has a credit card through Expensify and the charges are paid from the OASIS operating account. 
    Each month a reconciliation is done for the charges due from Samvera to OASIS for these payments. 
    Alicia Morris, the treasurer for Samvera, has approved Heather's monthly expense report.
