Resending as the Oasis mailing list has changed.

    Details:

    1. The original 0.9 version pdf document of the Spec with some cleanup was uploaded on the Oasis github over here.

oasis-tcs/idpf-specification: OASIS IDPF TC: Open IDPF specification for IDPF members to review and comment in order to clarify and complete the design. https://github.com/oasis-tcs/idpf-specification

    1. Based on internal review and also with Google partners we found that the Spec was not listing some of the Default values assumed by the driver in absence of the negotiated better values from the device. This was added as

    https://github.com/oasis-tcs/idpf-specification/blob/main/idpf_specification.md#device-capabilities-default-values-assumed-by-the-idpf-driver

    1. Further, the header files attached were updated.
    2. Also some more cleanup was done to align with the Spec goals.
    3. Spec now also has the PCI Programming Interface details as was agreed through ballot.
    4. RDMA PR is ready for review over here

    RDMA Capability support details by anjalisinghai1 · Pull Request #14 · oasis-tcs/idpf-specification (github.com)

Please advice on what is the right time frame to wait for review feedback on the PR before merging.

    Thanks

    Anjali

A week to a couple of weeks is reasonable.
