Investigating further, notice that our JIRA apparently resides on a
private server, somewhere. If you visit the Atlassian Support page for
JIRA,
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/resources/, the
only option is Jira Cloud.
That may be an indication of how far behind on software releases we are
with Atlassian.
I'll try to pry some information out of OASIS tomorrow but I don't
expect a flood of disclosure.
