Description
Draft 3 has all the updated comments I could find. I chose not to add
AuthKem interfaces becase we don't have any AuthKem mechanisms, so we can
add that in 3.3. They would be C_SealKey and C_OpenKey and each have
additions key parameters.. I'd like to have a mechanism first so the
functional descriptive text will have a better chance of describing the
meaning of the new key parameters (and we can work out if the keys need new
attributes or can they reuse CKA_ENCAPSULATE and CKA_DECAPSULATE.
