    Hi,

    In GitHub you can find a new set of specification documents with the changes to the links we discussed on last meeting. I only left almost untouched the links in this paragraph from the introduction:

    Many technologies and internationalization libraries already support such advanced plural rules, including: gettext, macOS and iOS, Android, ICU (International Components for Unicode) and ECMAScript Intl.

    Btw, I agree with leaving the sentence with those links, as they are easily identifiable in the context (i.e. they follow accessibility best practices).
