Match_mode 2 and host-dependent properties (both XLOOKUP and XMATCH)

    Hi all,

    There exist the host-dependent properties HOST-USE-REGULAR-EXPRESSIONS
    and HOST-USE-WILDCARDS, see section 3.4, part 4, ODF 1.3.

    And there exists the optional element <table:calculation-settings>, see
    section 9.4.1, part 3, Odf 1.3 and the mapping of its attributes to the
    host-dependent properties in table 16, part 3, ODF 1.3.

    What should happen in case Match_mode has value 2 and
    HOST-USE-REGULAR-EXPRESSIONS and HOST-USE-WILDCARDS (respectively
    table:use-regular-expressions and table:use-wildcards) both have value
    FALSE?
