L: We have done everything on our side, we are just waiting for the OASIS admin to upload the new charter on the web. I will check again in a few weeks and I will send her a reminder if the situation persists.
Meeting minutes note taking -> should we move to automatic system (Mathijs)?
L: the summary was useful, but the transcription was not. It took me longer to proofread my notes. In my case is not useful unless we rely solely on the summary and somebody proofreads it before publishing it.
R: I had the same experience.
L: Ok, so we continue with the traditional method for the moment.

Promotion activities of the new version.

L: we got in contact with the people in OASIS that could help us to promote the webinar, if you think that we are ready to do it in September I can go ahead and gather more information from their side (platform, what they will need in terms of promotion, etc.). They also mentioned creating a blog post, I can create a draft and send it to you for approval. What do you think about the presentation?
M: I had my part already done, I have shared it with you, what is missing are the other sections.
L: so, if I understand it correctly, the presentation will have three sections: an introduction with the general changes (Rodolfo), the plural module (Mihai) and the future work (Yoshito), do you agree?
M: It sounds good.
R/y: yes.
Y: We should present the separation of core and extended specs. We might actually include the topic that we could look into translation memory.
L: About the dates, we can do it on the 23 or 30 of September according to your preferences in doodle. Do you have any preference between the two?
R: the 30th would be better for me.
M/Y/L: Sounds good.
L: So, roughly, the webinar could be divided into : 10 minutes of introduction of the new version, 15/20 minutes of plural module, 5/10 minutes of future work. Plus 10 minutes for questions and answers. I can moderate the questions if needed at the end (depending on the platform used and the audience, this might be needed)
R: yes, no more than one hour in total.
L: template, we have received the OASIS template, what would be the best way to work on the slides?
M: I have already moved my work with the new slides to google slides. I can share the document with you.
L/R/Y: That would be great, thank you.
L: so, to sum up, action items: I will contact OASIS and gather all the information needed for the organization and promotion of the webinar. Yoshito, Mihai and Rodolfo work on the content (slides) of the webinar. In the next meeting (August 19) we will take the last decisions and start promoting the event. Do you agree?

Metadata exchange information, Mathijs, all.
R : I did not make any changes in the document. I was waiting for people's feedback on metadata, but I did not get anything. Should I start with I think and then you review?
Y: I think that you can do that.
R: I also started a project in github, is an idea for implementation. The TM will receive information from TMX and XLIFF (and any format) and then export it in the common format. I do not know if you want anything in particular that you want to share. The only solution I am thinking is to have metadata as another table so people can search for it.
R: I think you can start that document that is not the formal form. And then collect the key concepts. We can capture the important information on the spec. It can be collaborative editing.
R: I just expected an informal email.
Y: It would be easier in a collaborative document. Is it ok to create the google document and make us collaborative editors? We do not need a formal wording. Just wanting to have the consensus on the concepts.
L: I will send you my previous work on provenance metadata, I will have to check if what I had done for 1.2 is still relevant in 2.2
R: I was looking for something like the categories in TBX.
L: In my case is just provenance metadata
R: That will be a start.
