M:I understand his argument. Developers create staff like that and the question is how to represent it in XLIFF. I know there is an algorithm that can fix that issue. I am going to answer.
XLIFF 2.2 public review. https://groups.oasis-open.org/discussion/invitation-to-comment-on-xliff-v22-csd01-1 . New version that takes into account the comments received during the public review and next steps.
R: I have uploaded the new version of the spec.

M: I did a diff and a couple of ids changed.
R: That is normal, there are many independent files.
M: There was an issue with the logo as well.
R: It was one of the requirements. It was a manual thing because the template has a pointer to an old logo. I had to change that manually.
R: If you have a look at the changes to double check that I did not make any mistakes, we can have a ballot to approve it.
M: I will do a diff and double check them.
L: Me too. I will prepare a new ballot and launch it this Friday.
R: It sounds good, we can contact Kelly after that.

L: In the official webpage of the TC, there is a section "announcements", Rodolfo if you have the rights to modify it, we should include the next public review information there.
R: (Rodolfo shares his screen and tries the CMS to modify it), that is a good idea, I will do it once Kelly announces the next public review.
