The meeting announcement pointed you to WD31 (January 22) as the public review release candidate.
Since then we've addresses a number of issues and a complete audit of the UML Model, diagrams, and tables, which improved the specification accuracy, producing the final release candidate WD32. You've since gotten document links; this summarizes the PDFs posted.
