More issues to report, mostly in order of priority.
1. We are unable to log into JIRA (some are unable to view it), all are
marked as inactive. Can't reset password.
This is a real headache since we track all our work on issues here.
2. Minutes are unreadable as displayed by interface (problem is that
style is attached to every line instead of being styled by an attribute
on a head element)
3. Changes in JIRA are not emailed to members of the TC.
4. JIRA bookmarks aren't working anymore.
5. Reply all include the original email, unquoted, then the email
quoted, doubling the content of the reply.
6. Shortened prefix, thanks but used ( ) when the standard is [ ]
Sorry to add more to the pile but without JIRA we are in a real mess.
