    Dear colleagues,
    As discussed in our last TC meeting (2024-04-24) regarding pull request #726 "Add branch category `platform`" (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/726):

    I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2024-05-01 23:00 UTC to automatically carry.
    The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.

    I, Thomas Schmidt, move to accept the addition of the branch category `platform` as suggested in https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/726 and include it into CSAF 2.1.

    There appear to be meeting minutes in the PR, and FWIW, I believe I was at the meeting on Feb 28th.

    I'm sorry - the commits belonging to this PR where not shown correctly in GitHub. (Changing the target branch fixed it.) Now it shows it correctly.

    The motion still holds.
