    Dear members of the TC,

    unfortunately the promise of seamless mailing list migration failed,
    the below motion of Dina went into the abbys.

    As no one has a Time Machine, I take the liberty to carry on the
    motion with updated dates and kindly ask for a second. 


    As discussed in our last meeting (2024-02-28) regarding
    issue #633 "Make TLP mandatory" (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues/633):

    I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and
    no objection received per this list before one week has passed on
    2024-03-22 20:00 UTC to automatically carry.
    The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.

    I, Stefan Hagen, move to add that the TLP label is mandatory in every CSAF
