Dear colleagues,
during the CSAF 2.1 CSD01PR period, we received the email https://groups.oasis-open.org/discussion/csaf-test-6113-negative-test-case-02 which linked to https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues/1057. The editors decided to help the user with quickly pointing out where the error in that test file was. Consequently, we treated this issue as a user question, not waiting with a response until the end of the comment period.
I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2025-08-22 22:00 UTC to automatically carry. The motion may be superseded by a passing motion during the TC meeting on 2025-08-20.
The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.
I, Thomas Schmidt, move to approve the editor assessment to treat the issue as user question and include the comment with the explanation for completeness into the comment resolution log unless OASIS staff or rules disagree with the inclusion.
Best wishes,
Thomas
