I, Duncan Sparrell, move that PR #76 (supply chain use case 1 on "Improving Risk Management Decisions with SBOM Data") be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 23-Apr-2025 11 PM Eastern), that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.

Note this was discussed at April meeting and provisionally agreed to if reference was added. Reference was added as well as the editorial suggestions (made during GitHub review) were also added.
