The OSIM meeting today was one shy of quorum. The meeting provisionally agreed to the following PR's which had been circulated prior to the meeting:

• PR 33 - Meeting Minutes from 4-June Meeting
• PR 2 - Create FAQ directory
• PR 8 - Create Use Case Directories
• PR 6 - Create TC Ops Directory
• PR 10 - create working directory
• PR 26 - Requirements for assessing candidate information modeling approaches

Because of not reaching quorum, the approval will have to be via e-ballot.

I will update PR 34 to be the meeting minutes for today's meeting and send a separate email/motion on that.

I, Duncan Sparrell, move that Pull Requests 33, 2, 8, 6, 10, 26 be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 13-Aug-2024 6PM Eastern) , that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PRs at their convenience.
