OASIS OpenEoX TC

Dear colleagues,

I presented the OQC (https://github.com/csaf-auxiliary/oasis-quorum-calculator) during our workshops. I think this greatly helps overcome the voting status tracking challenges, we currently have.

I, Thomas Schmidt, hereby move for the OpenEoX TC to approve the use of OQC as quorum tool in OpenEoX. I hereby request that, if seconded, and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2025-04-18 22:00 UTC to automatically carry. (The motion can be superseded by an accepted motion for the same topic in the next TC meeting.)
 
A notice of approval will be communicated to all committee members and stakeholders.
