• Specification working draft 13 Specification WD13
• Profiles working draft 04 Profiles WD04
• Usage Guide working draft 02 Usage Guide WD02

I have as well created new packages for public review for the specification and profiles documents and their artefacts:

• Specification working draft 13 and related header files Specification WD13 with header files
• Profiles working draft 04 and related test cases Profiles WD04 with test cases
