  • 1.  No CTI meetings today?

    I dialed in for session 1 today and the Zoom call never started.
    Is the session 2 meeting in about 6 hours also canceled?  Could someone advise the TC members here or on the calendar, if so?  (Not everyone is on Slack.)

    Hi Jamie,

     

    At the last CTI TC meeting, Marlon mentioned that the CTI TC normally doesn't meet in August. I would expect that the evening session will not be held. It requires one of the TC Co-chairs to cancel the invitation.

    It would have been good to send a summary of notes to the list mentioning that Aug meeting is cancelled (maybe it was sent and I missed it?) and/or cancel the meeting on the calendar.

    Either way, a bunch of people around the world tried to join the meeting and eventually gave up after some time.

    Please try to respect that not everyone attends every meeting nor might know firsthand that a meeting is cancelled.

    Hi TC,

    Sorry for the confusion about today's meetings. The TC traditionally does not meet in August. Here's a link to the materials from the July deck (July CTI TC Meeting Notes), which also states that there will be no meeting in August. I just canceled the calendar invites for today, but some of you may still have them lingering on your calendars based on how events are updated between the new platform and your calendars.
