    [12:43]??Patrick: 7. issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3926
[12:47]??Patrick: Regina - paragraph outside of a list is implementation dependent - numbered paragraph
[12:49]??Francis Cave: 19.500 style:list-style-name The style:list-style-name attribute specifies a list style for style families with paragraph formatting properties. This applies to automatic and common styles. The list style specified by this attribute is applied to headings and paragraphs that are contained in a list, where the list does not specify a list style itself, and the list has no list style specification for any of its parents. The style:list-style-name attribute value can be empty. If empty, this attribute does not inherit a list style value from a parent style.
[12:51]??Francis Cave: If this attribute is applied to headings or paragraphs that are not contained in a list, the behaviour is implementation-dependent.
[12:52]??Francis Cave: If the list style specified by this attribute is applied to headings or paragraphs that are not contained in a list, the behaviour is implementation-dependent.
[12:57]??Patrick: Office-3926 resolved as proposed (see language by Francis)
    [12:58]??Patrick: OFFICE-2093: Update: issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-2093 - start next week, and then continue -
[12:59]??Patrick: Svante - are there implicit URLs?
    [13:01]??Patrick: Michael - reference names -
[13:02]??Patrick: Svante - jump to location based on mime type? slides - so 5 jumps to slide 5
