    Dear OEMF TC members:
    We've drafted an OASIS press release to announce the launch of the Open Exposure Management Framework (OEMF) Technical Committee (TC). A draft is available for your review [here] and we welcome your feedback. We're targeting either the launch day or shortly thereafter. 

    As part of our upcoming announcement, we're inviting the TC's Sponsor members, Guidepoint Security, IBM, and Tenable, to submit quotes to be included in the release. The deadline to submit quotes is Wednesday, 22 October. While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members, only Foundational, Premier, and Sponsor members elect to receive promotional benefits, including the opportunity to contribute quotes for press releases. In addition to quotes, the subhead of the press release will highlight these Sponsor members. If you represent one of these organizations, and you *do not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me ASAP.
     
    Here are a few important points for Sponsor quotes:

    Submitting a Quote
    • Quotes should be 75 words or fewer and the deadline is Wednesday, 22 October 2025.
    • Include the name and title of the person to whom the quote can be attributed. 
    • Premier and Sponsor members also have the option to submit a 30-second testimonial video quote tied to the announcement, which OASIS will promote through its social channels.
    Contributor-Level Members: If you represent a Contributor-level member and wish to explore recognition in future press releases, please contact me about upgrading your membership to Sponsor (dues increase would be prorated based on your renewal date.)

    Help us Amplify the News: We encourage all TC members to help spread the word about the OEMF TC launch! Please send me the name/email of your organization's marketing contact so we can coordinate on the promotion of this exciting announcement. Leading up to the launch, OASIS will share the Call for Participation info on its social channels and we encourage you to share this with your networks as well.

    Dear OEMF TC members: 
    This is a friendly reminder that all OEMF TC Sponsors are invited to contribute a quote for our upcoming press release announcing the TC's launch. Current Sponsors include GuidePoint Security, IBM, and Tenable. 

    If your organization would like to be included, please send your quote (75 words or fewer) to me (marybeth.minto@oasis-open.org), by Wednesday, 22 October. Please be sure to include the individual's name and title along with your quote. 

    If you haven't submitted a Sponsor quote for the release but intend to, please let me know.
