    Dear OpenEoX TC members:

    OASIS is drafting a press release to announce the publication of the OpenEoX White Paper, and we're targeting distribution next week during the RSA Conference (April 28-May1).

    We invite our Sponsor Members - Cisco, Dell, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and Red Hat - to submit quotes for inclusion in this announcement. 
    Please email your quote to me by COB on Thursday, April 24. We apologize for the short turnaround and appreciate your prompt attention. 

    The subhead of the press release will highlight the Sponsor Members mentioned above. If you represent one of these organizations, and you *do not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me ASAP. Here are a few important points:

    Submitting a Quote
    • We invite the organizations listed above to submit a quote (75 words or fewer) and include the name and title of the person to whom the quote can be attributed. 
    • Quotes remain confidential until the press release is published.
    • Deadline for quotes: 5pm ET on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
    Note on Eligibility:
    • While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members, only Foundational, Premier, and Sponsor members elect to receive promotional benefits, including the opportunity to contribute quotes for press releases. 
    Opportunity for Contributor-Level Members: 
    • If you represent a Contributor-level member and wish to gain greater recognition for your involvement in OpenEoX's work, consider upgrading to Sponsor-level to receive enhanced recognition, including opportunities for inclusion in future press releases and other promotional benefits. The dues increase would be prorated based on your renewal date.
