    interesting:

    17) In case of a non-member, the Statement of Use must be submitted via the Technical Committee's or Project Governing Board's comment facility.

    this used to be the  "office-comment" mailing list, which is now defunct - what is the official replacement in the new OASIS HigherLogic system?

    i have bookmarked it now so i don't forget.

    the instructions here are outdated and still talk about the old mailing list, i wonder who knows how to update this?
