Representation of Entities is a foundational requirement for modeling Supply Chain elements, roles, and relationships. Have we selected/established which entity model(s) we are going to subsume (i.e., OASIS CIQ)?

Excellent question. I confess I've been looking 'down' at the data layer more than 'up' at the knowledge (ie ontology) layer.  You mention CIQ which I'm not familiar with. Although I'm also not familiar with the details, but I recall there were at least two ontologies bandied about in the OCA Ontology group. Also, the UBL (Universal Business Language - https://groups.oasis-open.org/communities/tc-community-home2?CommunityKey=556949c8-dac8-40e6-bb16-018dc7ce54d6#whatisubl) crowd also weighed in when we were creating our charter and recommended we use UBL for describing supply chain and business transactions. 

I suggest we make a list and do some compare/contrast before selecting (and maybe selecting a mashup of several). I confess to a slight preference to UBL because it's already in such widespread use in global business transactions today.
