* Selected feedback from Robert Künnemann (full stop, ulIvFixedBits most
significant bits, paragraph break before CKG_GENERATE and CKG_NO_GENERATE,
CWrapkey without the capital K)
Markup covers changes compared to working draft 03 (thus not all changes
compared to PKCS#11 spec. v3.1)
