    Working draft 10 has following editorial updates compared to working draft 09:
    • Section 6.67.6: fix hash function used
    • Sections 6.69.5, 6.69.6: added hash function used
    • Throughout document: Fix “Byte Array” -> “Byte array” and “Local String” -> “Local string”
    • Reference [FALCON ROUND3] removed
    • Section 5.14: fix “for for signing messages”
