    Hi All 

    Reading through OASIS process, it notes in several places that we do not *need* a motion to move from Committee Specification Draft with non-material changes as ready for Special Majority Vote (SMV), but the JIRA ticket form to request a SMV asks for a link to the minutes where this was approved.

    If we want to do a "just in case" motion, I might suggest the following:

    I move that the TC approve PKCS #11 Specification Version 3.2, Committee Specification Draft 02 Working Draft 01, 22 October 2025  contained in <URL TO ZIP FILE> as a Committee Specification and further approve that it be submitted for Special Majority Vote.
