    Everyone,

    I have created PR #31 which should be considered a contribution from the Data & Trust Alliance (D&TA). The PR includes an Excel file containing the standards, which are intended to help teams document the origins, transformations, and contextual metadata of datasets in a structured and transparent way.

    The Excel spreadsheet was created as an alternative to the Metadata Generator and an early prototype of how to capture metadata in a rudimentary manner. The spreadsheet contains a demonstration of how to populate the metadata, including sample values for select fields.

    I hope that this will provide additional context and explanation around the DPS.
