    I, Isaac Hepworth, move that PR #72 (Jan 2025 Meeting Minutes) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 17-Jan-2025 5 PM Eastern) , that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.

    No one seconded so we will have to approve at today's meeting. Although not present, I do believe there are some corrections needed. Unless I missed something (which is very possible), I believe:

    • "No Members are at risk of losing voting rights if they fail to attend the next meeting"

    should be modified to read:

    • "Duncan Sparrell and Dave Kemp are at risk of losing voting rights if they fail to attend the next meeting"

    Per the discussion in today's meeting, I have made an update to the minutes from last month to recognize that David, Duncan, and Stefan stood to lose voting rights, were they not to have attended today's meeting.

    I move again that PR #72 (Jan 2025 Meeting Minutes) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 11-Feb-2025 4 PM Eastern), that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.
