These meetings discussed the differences between the different UBL document types and the eForms document. A first draft document was discussed and further developed. By the 10 July the following decisions were made:
- To work on integrating the eForms requirements into UBL and to present the work to UBL once the requirements have been integrated. The sub-committee will in the meantime consult the UBL committee if and when they have questions especially if the questions affect other subcommittees.
- It was agreed as from 2.5 the subcommittee can create the document types Planning, Competition and Result and the document types PIN, CN and CAN existing in UBL 2.4 will no longer be included in UBL 2.5. However the subcommittee will check whether this would be a problem for implementers. Known implementers to be contacted in Spain and Türkiye.

The next step is to look into how the Contract Award Notice in UBL differs from the eForms Result Notice, since a considerable number of extensions were created in the Result notice to accomodate the requirements.
