Paul presented a spreadsheet listing all the Party ASBIEs with their corresponding definitions. It was agreed that Paloma would try and harmonise all the definitions taking into consideration the following rules:
All definitions to start by: The Party who (which that, etc is not to be used).
The simple present tense is to be used.
ie cac Payee party : The Party who pays the Debit Note.
Not : The Party who should pay the Debit Note.
British English is to be used.
The definitions are to be written in sentences, with subjects verbs and full stops.
Information in bracket should be treated as a second sentence providing more clarity.
Any concept in UBL should start with a capital, for example Party.
Paloma will aim to have this done for the face-2-face meeting.
