I, Duncan Sparrell, move that PR #44 (an FAQ Q&A about 'flavors' of SBOM) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 28-Sep-2024 3 PM Eastern) , that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PRs at their convenience.

Note PR's 40, 44, and 45 are my attempt at text that should be agreeable based on discussions to date on SBOM/SBOM+. But don't assume I got it right. Please suggest improvements if I incorrectly captured what I hopes was the consensus view.

Questions were asked on GitHub so the PR is being brought to OSIM meeting for discussion.
