I propose one of the agenda items be a 'consent agenda' - ie a set of items to be approved by asking for objections. If everyone looks at them ahead of time, it can be very quick. If there are any items in it that need discussion or people have objections, they can be moved to the discussion part of the agenda. The proposed consent agenda items are in section V osim/MeetingMinutes/2024/2024.08.06-Meeting-Minutes.md at NextMeetingDraft · sparrell/osim and are PR's 33, 2, 8, 6, 10, 34. Ideally we would have done these items via email ahead of meeting but it took awhile to work out the email opt in issue and trial it with PR 4.
