    This is my first set of comments on the structure and concept of the CAP Event Terms List User's Guide. Note: I won't include typographical, grammatical and suggested word edits. I leave those to my line-by-line editorial comment in track changes working draft submissions to Norm, unless anyone wants those edits/discussions submitted for the record. (If we did that for everyone, it could make our contributions folder crowded.
