Hi everyone, I have been in touch with Tim Chevalier who has advised that he has been scheduled to be travelling at the next proposed meeting time and will not be able to make that call. As Tim has the current activity then I cannot see any benefit holding the meeting so I propose we not hold it.
I will cancel the calendar entry I sent out for this meeting BUT this is where things get complicated. I tried to cancel or reschedule the meeting in the OASIS system but as this was the first of a new series following on from the change from daylight savings it will not accept changes to one meeting without cancelling all of the series. So I will leave the entry as it is and just ignore the prompts.
In other news, I noted that despite creating that new series of meetings for the same time as previous, somehow it has suddenly changed from 2:00 pm to 3:00pm Pacific to 9:00am to 5:00pm for the series. The OASIS system has allowed me to change that and it appears to have been correctly updated throughout the series.
I hope that all makes sense.
