  • 1.  Scheduling April - September Meetings

    OpenC2 TC Members: we are coming to the end of our currently scheduled 6-month block of meetings, so it's time to put April - September on the calendar. As with the last block I'll be scheduling on both the OASIS and Lucid Meetings calendars but only sending invitations from Lucid Meetings (so only a minor flood of meeting invitations in your inbox).  If you want to receive meeting invitations, please confirm that you're properly listed in the OpenC2 "room" on Lucid Meetings; reach out to me if there are any issues there that you can't resolve. Meanwhile I'll be learning the ins and outs of the new OASIS Community calendar.

    You should expect to receive invitations soon (next week or so) for five OpenC2-related meeting series (2 TC meeting sessions and 3 working meetings).

    TC Members: the 1st Wednesday working meetings for April - September 2024 have been scheduled at OASIS and on Lucid Meetings. You should be able to see these in the TC Events calendar in the new OASIS Community system and should also receive an emailed invitation from Lucid Meetings for this meeting series. Please let me know if either of these aren't working for you, especially if you wish to be invited to the Lucid Meeting and did not receive that invitation.  Thanks.

    TC Members: All meeting sessions for April - September 2024 have now been scheduled on the OASIS and Lucid Meetings calendars. You should have received invitations from Lucid for all 5 meetings series. My apologies for confusion regarding the 2nd session meeting series at Lucid: I initially scheduled it for the same time as the 1st session, so had to delete those meetings and create a series at the proper time. Please decline the 2nd series at 11am Eastern to avoid calendar confusion.

    A further update on the April - September meeting schedule:  at least one member has reported a failure to receive the Lucid Meeting invitation (Lucid is investigating) and the outdated RSVP email for those who attended the February TC meeting has also created some confusion. To pile on, apparently the link to login to the meetings system has been dropped from the Lucid Meetings home page.

    To help address this, I've added a link to the Lucid Meetings login page to all of the April / September meeting events in the TC's OASIS calendar. That link goes to  https://meet.lucidmeetings.com/user. From that page you can log in to your Lucid Meetings dashboard and jump to the current meeting. Hopefully this can reduce some of the friction we've experienced recently with members connecting to meetings they want to attend.
