OASIS Common Security Advisory Framework (CSAF) TC

Dear members,

I accidentally noticed, that we have a working short URL
to our OASIS CSAF TC landing page (when working on
stuff for OASIS DPS TC):

Also, https://www.oasis-open.org/tc-openeox/ works.

This might be nice for our frontmatter in the spec
as well as when we want to communicate a TC "place".
